Beef Butchery Forequarter Class
Where your meat comes from shouldn't be a mystery. Come join us after-hours at the butcher table where Yoko Koide, our head butcher, will demonstrate how we transform a whole animal into individual cuts and how to prepare them.
In this class, we will demonstrate how to butcher a whole chuck and rib loin. If you would like to learn about the other half of the animal, please sign up for Beef Butchering Lesson: Hindquarter. Class includes 1 portion of boneless steak to take home and beverages will be provided.
Class begins at 8:30pm and ends around 11:00pm.
Cancellation Policy: Tickets can be refunded for Marlow & Daughters store credit up to 72 hours before your scheduled lesson. Anytime thereafter, refunds cannot be honored. You are welcome to send a friend in your place.
